Use of the Website, its content and its services is subject to the terms set out in this document. Browsing the Website, registering on it, purchasing products or using its content constitutes full agreement to these terms.

The website owner may add, change, update or remove products, services and content from time to time.
2. Registering on the Website
Some services on the Website may require a user account.
The user undertakes to provide correct, complete and accurate details.
The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their account login details and for all activity conducted through the account.
Login details, passwords or account access must not be transferred to another person.
3. Copyright and intellectual property

Demonstration and simulation systems.
And any other original work, content or component appearing on the Website.
You may not copy, duplicate, photograph, record, download outside the authorization granted on the Website, distribute, publish, publicly display, translate, adapt, modify, sell, rent, transfer to others, broadcast, make available to the public or make any commercial or other use of all or part of the Website's content without the rights owner's express prior written permission.
This prohibition also applies to partial copying, reconstruction, imitation or use of substantial components of the Website's content and systems.
3.1 The visual guide system
The Website contains an original keyboard guide system, including guides for Yamaha Tyros and Genos keyboards.
The system includes guides at different levels, from basic keyboard operations to advanced settings, uses and functions.
The guides are not based solely on videos; they are built as a visual system that progresses step by step.
Each guide may include, among other things:
A precise division into execution steps.
Written instructions for each step.
Professional explanations.
Images and graphics of keyboard screens.
Illustrations of buttons, menus and areas on the keyboard.
Markers and highlights showing where to press.
A keyboard location display illustrating which physical part of the keyboard the guide addresses.
Structured navigation between the previous and next steps.
A combination of text, images, graphics and demonstrations.
Organization by levels, topics and categories.
The guides contain professional content created and edited based on professional knowledge and experience, user and customer questions, solutions to common problems, working methods, settings, installations, tips, troubleshooting and keyboard workflows.
To the extent permitted by law, copyright applies not only to the texts themselves but also to original graphics, demonstrations, design, markers, how the steps are presented, the selection and arrangement of content, the combination of guide components and the original expression of the guide system as a whole.
You may not copy a guide, step, photograph, graphic, explanation, sequence of steps or other substantial part of the guide system for a website, application, course, software, guide system, social network, messaging group or any other use without prior written permission.
3.2 The interactive keyboard and style simulation system
The Website contains an interactive system designed to let users experience styles and products through an interface that simulates using a keyboard.
The system may include, among other things:
A graphical simulation of the keyboard screen.
Style folders and lists.
Style names.
A display structure that simulates working on the keyboard.
Graphics and images of keyboard buttons.
Navigation between folders and styles.
Selecting a style through the interface.
Playing different sections of a style.
The ability to hear Variations such as A, B, C and D, and additional sections depending on the style.
A combination of graphical buttons and audio files.
Audio files and demonstrations of the styles.
Navigation and playback logic.
An interactive user experience that simulates using the product on the keyboard itself.
To the extent that the rights in these components belong to the website owner, they are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
You may not copy or reconstruct the system's original design, graphics, interface structure, content arrangement, the way styles are presented, interactions, media files, audio files, logic, code or any other original component of the system without prior written permission.
This prohibition also applies to creating a similar system substantially based on copying the original components on the Website, whether copied in full or in part.
3.3 Third-party trademarks and content
Nothing above claims that Motti Rosenfeld owns any trademarks, trade names, designs, software, graphics or works belonging to Yamaha or any other third party.
Any third-party trademark or content appearing on the Website belongs to its lawful owner and is used in accordance with the rights and permissions applicable to it.
The protection under these terms applies to content, graphics, design, code, recordings, styles, demonstrations, content organization and other original works and components owned by Motti Rosenfeld and/or which he has been granted the right to use and protect.
4. License to use
Purchasing a product or obtaining access to content on the Website does not transfer ownership or copyright in the content to the user.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the user is granted a right of personal use only, according to the nature of the product purchased.
The following are prohibited, among other things:
Transferring files to others.
Sharing account access details.
Sharing access to guides or courses.
Reselling content.
Distributing content.
Uploading files to groups or shared cloud storage.
Distributing purchased styles, voices or samples.
Copying guides and images.
Photographing or recording the guide system for distribution.
Copying or duplicating the simulation system.
Making commercial use of the content without express prior written permission.
The license is personal and non-transferable unless the website owner expressly grants other permission.
5. Prohibition on bypassing Website mechanisms
You may not attempt to bypass access restrictions, authorization systems, security mechanisms, file protections, download limits or any other technological measure operating on the Website.
You may not use automated tools, software, scripts or other means to systematically scrape, copy or download the Website's content.
You may not attempt to access code, files, databases or areas of the Website that are not intended for that user's access.
6. User responsibility and data backup
The Website's guides, videos, courses, styles, samples, voices and files are provided solely for information, learning and guidance.
Before performing any operation on a keyboard or other equipment, the user is responsible for making a complete backup of:
Styles.
Voices.
Samples.
Recordings.
Registration banks.
Settings.
User files.
And any other information stored on the device.
Any operation performed by the user, including:
Installing styles.
Installing samples.
Loading files.
Restoring backups.
Deleting files.
Updating the system.
Resetting settings.
Changing system settings.
Changing user memories.
Using the Website's guides.
Is performed at the user's sole responsibility.
Subject to applicable law, Motti Rosenfeld and/or anyone acting on his behalf are not responsible for any:
Data deletion.
Loss of information.
Loss of styles.
Loss of samples.
Loss of voices.
Damage to settings.
Equipment downtime.
Software problems.
Hardware problems.
Loss of income.
Direct or indirect damage.
The user declares that they understand that any change to their keyboard's system or other equipment is made at their full and sole responsibility.
7. Product compatibility
The user is responsible for checking that a product, file, style, sample, voice or guide is suitable for their keyboard model, system version or equipment before purchasing, downloading or installing it.
8. Service availability
The website owner makes reasonable efforts to provide a functioning, continuous service but does not undertake that the Website or any of its services will be continuously available without interruptions.
Service interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, upgrades or changes, or because of problems beyond the website owner's control.
9. Limitation of liability
Use of the Website and its content is at the user's responsibility.
Subject to applicable law, the website owner will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damage resulting from use of the Website, products, files, guides or services.
Nothing in these terms of use limits any liability that cannot be limited or made conditional under applicable law.
10. Infringement of rights
Using the Website's content contrary to these terms may infringe copyright, intellectual property rights, contractual rights and/or other rights.
